We are a customer-centric company dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service/Admin Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
JNE Retail Equipment Inc. is one of Western Canada’s most reputable and reliable suppliers of high-quality store fixtures and accessories to the retail industry. We cover an extensive area from Thunder Bay Ontario to Vancouver Island, BC and the Northwest Territories.
The industry is dynamic, and we are constantly looking for new products and solutions for our customers.

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting.

**About the Job**:
Our customers are our success, and every customer should be treated with consistency and quality service. Adhering to company standards, culture, and best business practices is essential.
- Achieve and maintain a rapport with customers giving the best possible service.
- Assist customers with placing orders, and tracking shipments.
- Working with freight carriers to ensure scheduled deliveries meet our customers needs.
- Use and master Sage (Business Vision) software to retrieve customer information, purchase history, stock status information. Ensuring correct codes are used for retrieving and inputting information.
- Quote prices, terms, delivery dates, based on product knowledge, working closely with purchasing department.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Other duties as required to maintain essential best business practices.
**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**
- Attention to detail is essential to ensure high level accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and changing priorities as needed.
- Microsoft office / Excel / Teams/ Outlook / Power Point.
- Experience in accounting software preferably Sage.
- Self starter, inquisitive, with willingness to learn, be coached and grow into the position.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a team player. Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and management.
- Excellent command of the English language, with effective oral and written communication.
- Enthusiastic, with positive attitude.
- Possess common sense ability to inquire and ask questions to obtain information needed when dealing with customers, co-workers, and management.
**Education / Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Open, based on skillsets developed both from work experience and relevant education.
**Compensation / Benefits**
- Competitive salary - will be based on experience and skillset as well as how much time will be needed to train the employee.
- Benefit package available after successful 3-month review, details TBD.
