Job Role:
Complete deliveries and facilitate equipment pick ups / drop offs across all project worksites.
- Valid Class 3A license
- Own reliable transportation to our shop located in St. Andrews
- 2 years experience driving truck and trailer
- Mechanical abilities to complete pre/post trip inspections

Daily Tasks Include:

- Review material and equipment needs from site foreman
- Prioritize deliveries and communicate timeframes with foreman
- Coordinate deliveries to and from job sites with Project Managers
- Ensure trucks are rarely empty in each direction
- Ensure machines are always clean when heading to a new job site
- Track inventory of landscape supplies at Geller’s yard
- Notify manager when stock is getting low
- Schedule your own and another drivers daily list
- Prioritize deliveries and communicate timeframes with foremen and drivers
- Load and unload heavy equipment
- Transport equipment to destination
- Physically lift up to 50 lbs.
- Complete daily maintenance on equipment

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to operate a fork lift (not needed but an asset)
- Ability to operate a skid steer
- Ability to operate a mini-excavator enough to load and upload the machine
- Understand and utilize excel software
- Utilize cloud based software program for hour and material tracking on site
- Operate a 3ton end-dump truck and trailer
- Load and unload equipment safely onto trailers
- Complete daily maintenance on equipment
- Complete some manual labour as it relates to loading/unloading trailers, equipment, garbage, etc.

Length of Employment:

- This is a full time position
- Summer Months
- Monday to Friday
- Weather and schedule may require some Saturday work.
- 10-12 hours per day
- Winter Months
- 6-8 hours per day
- 3-5 days per week
- Snow will dictate work load
- A flexible, condensed work week is permitted within the winter

Compensation:

- $50,000 - $70,000 yearly compensation package
