**Position Summary**:
The Events Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of events. This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage schedules, logistics, and operations, delivering exceptional event experiences while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned events, ensuring consistent and professional communication with clients throughout the planning and execution process.
- Address client needs and expectations, managing timelines and event deliverables effectively.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:

- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including vetting, obtaining quotes, acquisition, coordination, invoicing, and ongoing management.
- Manage orders for liquor, glassware, and other event essentials.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Develop and manage event schedules, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of all elements.
- Coordinate with departments such as catering, décor, and setup teams to ensure alignment and successful event delivery.
- Establish workflows for bar staff, oversee bar setup, and ensure adherence to standards during events.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory of rental items and event supplies, including liquor and glassware.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely replenishment and availability of necessary items.
- **Staff Management**:

- Schedule event staff, including managing breaks in collaboration with administrative teams.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training bar staff and event crew, including security personnel and supervisors.
- Process payroll records, including onboarding new staff and activating/deactivating accounts as necessary.
- **Event Operations**:

- Support event setup and teardown, ensuring all elements are in place and removed according to schedule.
- Collaborate with building management to handle alarms, décor installation, and other facility-related requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management and staff scheduling systems.
- Experience in vendor management and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by event schedules.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with bar operations, including setup and liquor inventory management.
- Experience in training and leading event teams.
- Knowledge of venue and building management requirements.

The Events Logistics Coordinator is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on delivering memorable experiences through meticulous planning and execution.

Pay: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
