Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Hybrid work - Office 2 days per week/ 3 days from home

**About The Position**
A key member of Ontario’s growing team at Product Care Association, the Claims Analyst is responsible for reviewing and validating claims/invoices submitted by service partners in Ontario to ensure accuracy before they are approved for payment. The Claims Analyst also updates and maintains information in the Product Care reporting system and supports service partners with training and resources to ensure efficient and accurate claim/invoice submissions. The position reports to the Program Director and is based out of Product Care’s Ontario office with a hybrid in-office/remote work week, once probationary period is complete.

**Responsibilities**:
**Invoice/Claim Verification**
- Review invoices/claims submitted from Ontario service partners and cross check supporting documentation.
- Ensure reporting system information is up to date and accurate
- Monitor and identify irregularities/errors in claims/invoices and address with service partners and/or team members as appropriate

**Reports and Administration**
- Prepare information or reports for weekly payment administration
- Reject or make adjustments to claims where appropriate, following standard operating procedures
- Approve claims/invoices and update reporting system accordingly
- Provide training and training materials to service partners
- Provide ongoing customer service to service partners to support effective and accurate claim submissio

Other duties as required

**What You Bring**
- Post-secondary education in administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in administration, claims analysis
- Strong, professional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Self-starter, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well with a team and as an individual contributor
- Accountable and responsible
- Excellent task and time management skills: prioritizing, multitasking, working with deadlines
- Experience with databases and data querying (e.g. CRM) would be an asset
- Experience with waste management logistics and reviewing transportation documentation would be an asset
- French is an asset but not required.
