Business Process Analyst

At CB Canada, we are seeking an experienced Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team. As an Intermediate Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business process improvement and ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and monitor business process performance measures to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to optimize business processes and improve design.
- Act as a business lead and facilitator in continuous improvement events.
- Lead business representatives responsible for ensuring business changes are designed and implemented meeting business needs.
- Provide presentations, education, and training on business changes as required.
- Work with divisional leadership to define training needs and implement training programs.
- Provide process expertise and advice to assigned divisions.
- Advise on best practices and promote their adoption.
Selected candidates will provide deliverables, including documentation, reports, manuals, designs, drawings, schematics, and diagrams, as agreed upon with the project lead, working sponsor, and executive sponsor.
Requirements:Candidates should have experience in end-to-end claims processes from first notice of loss/customer contact, claims adjusting, management of the claim, repair of the vehicle or total loss settlement, and salvage.
We prefer candidates who are fully vaccinated with proof of two shots.
