LOCI Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Inc. is seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our growing practice in Vancouver.

Our studio is built on the collective experiences of nearly 20 years of design, planning, and project management expertise serving our diverse client base, including developers, municipalities, and institutions, on projects that span throughout Metro Vancouver, Vancouver Island, the B.C. Interior, Washington State, and California. As a full-service firm, we pride ourselves in our adaptability, responsiveness, and willingness to exceed client expectations.

We are looking for the following position(s):
**Office Manager (Full Time Position)**
As the Office Manager, you will work closely with the Principal and staff to ensure the office runs smoothly; you will be responsible for managing all administrative duties and coordinating multiple activities and schedules. You are adept in managing your time and multiple priorities. With strong organizational skills and professional acumen, you will interact with clients and sub-subconsultants, and assist with the implementation of office policies. You will be responsible for searching for proposals and crafting them at a range of fees from single-family residential projects to large multi-year multi-phase development projects. You will also manage marketing efforts and create materials.

In addition, we are looking for applicants who are adept in the following tasks:

- Experience in office administration and supervision;
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately;
- Adept at bookkeeping, invoicing, and preparing financial statements in coordination with the Office Accountant + Principal;
- Helping to support office culture and team building events;
- Maintain the project management system and related software, as well as IT infrastructure; and,
- Proposal writing and support as needed.

**Qualifications**

Success for this role will require:

- 2+ years’ experience in an office setting;
- Adept working in a team environment;
- Ability to work independently, and effectively exercise tact and discretion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new programs (Function Point);
- Prior experience using various social media platforms, Mailchimp and WordPress preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Office required; Adobe InDesign an asset;
- Prior experience in proposal writing is an asset;
- Knowledge / background in landscape architecture an asset; and,
- Prior experience with marketing / social media outreach and website management is considered an asset.
