Estate Manager

We are hiring an experienced hands-on Estate Manager to be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and improvements of family owned properties in Collingwood and Midland, Ontario.
This is a great position for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working on a variety of tasks and projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Household operation, maintain, oversee and arrange service as necessary for electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, etc., ensuring quality work.
- Property maintenance, arrange services, lawn care, landscaping, snow removal etc.
- Head up, oversee and manage renovation projects, working with contractors, trades, designers from project conception through completion.
**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Vehicle, pick up truck, preferred for use on the job.
- Drive between Collingwood and Midland weekly/biweekly.
- Knowledgable and skilled overseeing projects, arranging and meeting services/trades.
- Physically fit and able to do various household and property maintenance tasks.
- Experience with contractors, trades, project management.
- Able to solve problems, keep projects on track.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Able to manage numerous projects at once.
- Positive attitude.
- Prompt and on time.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
