**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee/Support daily e-commerce operations, including listing update, picture management, and shipping coordination.
- Monitor e-commerce performance and conduct regular site audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
- Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling returns and exchanges.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Generate data reports and conduct statistical analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to optimize the Shopify website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and design, to support overall business goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma
- 1-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on operations and customer service.
- Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant e-commerce tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in speaking Chinese Mandarin is considered a valuable asset for this role.
- Experience with photo and video editing is preferred.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
