Primary Accountabilities
Manages classification databases and ensures accuracy.
Maintains and updates program records and files. Is responsible for the retrieval, retention, storage and disposition, of classification records.
Provides operational support on the day-to-day administrative tasks as required by Classification Services.
Maintains and improves internal administrative processes supporting the Manager of Classification.
May perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
This may be the right opportunity for you if you have completed high school with 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Knowledge of credential assessment processes would be considered an asset.

You possess exceptional professional communication skills (verbal and written) with all levels of staff, internal and external stakeholders and the general public. You demonstrate flexibility in responding to unforeseen work demands by re-prioritizing and adjusting your work plans. You are comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision. You effectively multi-task and approach your work with objectivity and confidentiality. You have demonstrated experience interpreting and analyzing data and experience with Microsoft Office programs (WordPerfect, Excel, Outlook etc.).
We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.
