Edmonton, Canada ACTIVE HOMES LTD Full time

Provide administrative support to the office and site team.
- Production of reports and presentations in addition to traditional office responsibilities such as: filing, copying, scanning etc.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while proactively fulfilling office needs
- Communicate with customers and site employees to ensure smooth work progress. Maintain Business licenses and records for documentation.
- Schedule preparation for each property for Project Execution and Document Control.
- Coordination with Project Manager, Site Superintendent for inspections and bookings.
- Assisting site supervisors in regards to service calls
- Maintaining customer relationships by handling customer concerns in a timely manner

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
