About the Role
- We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to the Office of Provincial Superior.
- You will organize virtual and in-person meetings, record minutes and meeting summaries.
- You will maintain all records and filing, and updating resources and directories
- You will support the Office of the Treasurer through correspondence, invoices, forms, reports, and donations.
- You will work closely with the Provincial Superior, Administrative Councils, Communications Office, Secretariats, Redemptorists and Lay Missionaries

About You
- You have a minimum Bachelors Degree
- You are proficient in both English and French communication
- You have excellent skills in word processing, utilizing Microsoft Suite and working knowledge of database programs and website management.
- You have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and you can effectively communicate to various audiences in both English and French.
- You have a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, and you are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- You are a team player, a leader, and a problem solver, and you are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

À propos du poste
- Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Adjoint(e) Administratif(ve) au Bureau du Supérieur Provincial.
- Vous accueillerez les visiteurs, répondrez à toutes les demandes, vous rédigerez la correspondance et assurerez le volet communication par le biais de lettres, rapports et courriels.
- Vous organiserez les rencontres virtuelles et en présentiel, prendrez les notes lors des assemblées et rédigerez les procès-verbaux et les résumés des réunions.
- Vous procéderez au classement des dossiers et filières et à la mise à jour des ressources et des annuaires.
- Vous apporterez votre support au Bureau du Trésorier au moyen de la correspondance, des factures, des formulaires, des rapports et des contributions.
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Supérieur Provincial, les Conseils d’Administration, le Bureau des Communications, les Secrétariats, les Rédemptoristes et les Missionnaires Laïcs.À propos de vous
- Vous êtes mínimalement titulaire d’un Baccalauréat.
- Vous possédez une très bonne maîtrise des communications, tant en anglais qu’en français.
- Vous détenez d’excellentes compétences en traitement de texte, dans l’utilisation de la Suite Microsoft ainsi qu’une connaissance pratique des programmes de base de données et de la gestion de sites web.
