**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- **Coordination with Internal Team**: Act as the liaison between clients and our internal team, ensuring that all projects are on track, within budget, and aligned with the client's objectives.
- **Regular Client Meetings**: Conduct regular calls and virtual video meetings with clients to discuss project progress, present results, and strategize future initiatives.
- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that integrate SEO, social media, digital advertising, and more.
- **Performance Analysis**: Regularly review campaign performance, providing clients with insights, analytics, and recommendations to maximize ROI.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing account management role or similar.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful client management and digital marketing projects.
