We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Yard Coordinator to join our team. This position requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with additional flexibility for occasional weekdays as needed. The Weekend Yard Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all yard activities during weekend shifts, including small machine servicing, machinery operation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage small engine rental fleet, including servicing and pressure washing.

2. Oversee the loading and unloading of materials and equipment during weekend shifts, ensuring proper handling and storage.

3. Enforce safety procedures and regulations within the yard during weekend shifts, including proper handling of hazardous materials and equipment.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the yard during weekend shifts, including regular cleanup and waste disposal.

5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of yard activities during weekend shifts.

6. Monitor equipment and facilities within the yard during weekend shifts, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.

7. Utilize forklift driving experience to assist with yard operations during weekend shifts.

**Requirements**:
1. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with additional flexibility for occasional weekdays as needed.

2. 1 year forklift operation experience preferred.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact with employees at all levels.

5. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to yard operations.

6. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Working Conditions**: This role primarily operates in an outside yard space. - Flexibility in working hours, including weekends is required to accommodate customer needs and rental schedules. Schedule will be Saturdays and Sundays.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
