**Administrative Assistant**
The Administrative Assistant will support the organization by providing administrative and clerical support for management at several satellite locations along with the active family business owners. This position will assist with the day-to-day operations of the organization, including but not limited to: answering phones, dispatching repair service providers, invoicing and bill payments, maintaining records and filing, etc.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Coordinating repairs and parts ordering
- Invoice filing
- Process payments in Quickbooks
- Bank reconciliation
- Process semi monthly payrolls for several satellite locations
- Process monthly and weekly invoices
- Creating invoices and communicating orders
- Creating and maintaining month end reports and meetings
- Assist with employee onboarding (direct deposit info, health benefits enrollment, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Required Skills**:
- Good basic math skills
- Good typing and computer skills
- Understands basic accounting concepts
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Quickbooks an asset but necessary training provided
- Strong independent organizational skills are required for this position.
- Attention to detail is a must as this position
- Strong interpersonal skills are also required as this position will be responsible for interacting and providing support for managers at several satellite locations.
- A self-motivated attitude is required along with good problem solving skills as you will can often be working alone once trained -- business owners are always in contact and actively work in the business but often at satellite locations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
