**Your future duties and responsibilities**:

- On a typical day, you will:
- Perform the various sales administrative activities (new customers);
- Ensure established service levels are met;
- Liaise between clients, our sales representatives, and integration advisors;
- Work closely with team members;
- Collect and follow up with new customers to obtain necessary information;
- Company integration (contracts and documents needed to begin integration);
- Validate agreement information and perform data entry;
- Answer customer questions or direct calls to sales representatives;
- Maintain a file of completed tasks for sales representatives;
- Produce the necessary reports for the distributor.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**:

- High school diploma;
- 2 years customer service experience;
- Excellent Microsoft Office software skills;
- Be thorough and detailed;
- Ability to work under pressure and with short lead times;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Demonstrate autonomy;
- Good priority management;
- Teamwork skills and communication skills;
- Adherence to established standards and processes;
- Bilingualism required both orally and in writing in English and French.
