**Title: Manager, Marketing and Business Development**

**Job description**:

- Lead company marketing materials, presentations
- Identify and prepare for investor and industry conferences
- Augment investor relations efforts
- Refine website, social media, digital media, corporate presentation deck and any corporate collateral
- SEM / SEO Optimization
- Identify any external and internal marketing opportunities
- Jump on conversational opportunities on energy transition, decarbonization and climate change in targeted media outlets
- PR Strategy targeting financial websites, wholesale and retail investor outlets.
- White Papers / Case Studies / Testimonials
- Trade Shows & Organizations / Associations / Panels / Speaking Engagements at industry expo/conferences
- Support on all Marketing initiatives
- Support North American & Japanese Corporate and Business Development

**Must have**:

- Undergraduate Degree
- Speak/Write: English and Japanese
- Strong marketing background
- Strong background in Social Media outreach, with track record of successful campaigns

**Salary**:

- 65-85k range + stock options
