**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Market research and analysis using various tools and methods.
- Identify key trends and provide competitive intelligence on market dynamics.
- Develop data models and reporting tools to drive business insights.
- Proactively provide analytical guidance to support sales and marketing efforts based on deep understanding of the business.
- Develop campaign strategies by leveraging all analytical tools/techniques.
- Manage projects pipeline to ensure agreed upon timelines are met.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing/Data Analysis, Business Administration or similar is required.
- Current knowledge of business aviation and its trends is an asset;
- Strong analytical skills; able to organize and interpret data and create visual results;
- Highly resourceful, can work autonomously and in teams well;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Exceptional computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Tableau/PowerBI;
- Ability to organize high volume of data into visual aids;
- Working knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce, Netsuite and Hubspot is considered an asset;
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
