This role will report to Corporate Marketing and will be based primarily from home with occasional requirements to be in office.
**About You**:
You are an experienced marketer, familiar with both digital and service marketing strategies, and are looking for a role that leverages your creativity and analytical skills. You desire a career that draws upon your extensive background, knowledge, and your endless desire to learn and grow. You have a minimum of three years of experience in both service and digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing effective campaigns and projects.
**What You Will Do and The Value You Will Add**:
Leveraging your education and experience, you will be instrumental in executing our marketing initiatives. You will focus on the tactical delivery of service-specific projects and digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across SEM and SEO to maximize brand exposure and lead conversion.
- Implement precise and effective digital marketing tactics including paid search strategies, SEO optimizations, and targeted social media campaigns.
- Manage detailed aspects of digital campaign execution, from initial setup to ongoing optimization and performance analysis.
- Produce and manage content that is optimized for search engines and tailored to digital advertising needs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of marketing strategies and tactics across digital platforms.
- Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our marketing strategies.
- Engage with our audience on social media networks, creating an interactive and engaging online community.

**Required Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital and service marketing, with a focus on tactical execution in a service-oriented industry.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize SEM, SEO, and advertising campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tactical projects simultaneously.
- Experience in using digital analytics tools to inform and adjust tactics for optimal performance.
