Our Product Managers have unyielding passion when it comes to shaping the future of design and engineering. We act as the critical connection between customer needs and business strategy, solution design, software development, and go-to-market execution. As a co-op product manager, you will be paired with a senior product manager mentor who will support you in your work. You will conduct problem and solution validation with customers, dig through analytics data, address a customer issue, work through a challenging design question with your team, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

- Harvest new insight from support, customer engagements, sales opportunities, product analytics data, market research, and other sources
- Ideate on new concepts and opportunities to address emerging and future customer needs
- Collaborate with Researchers, Software Developers and Experience Designers to develop and iterate on solutions from initial concept through execution and delivery
- Support internal communications to keep stakeholders informed of changes in priorities and progress

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Computer science or Computer engineering or related fields.
- Curiosity in how things work and how people think
- Systematic thinker and thoughtful communicator
- High energy, a positive outlook, an entrepreneurial spirit and ready to take initiative.
- Strong growth-mindset and eager to learn.
- Excited to work closely with engineers, designers, researchers and cross-disciplinary partners

Bonus points:

- Experience with data, analytics or experimentation
- Curiosity and passion for developing great products in complex industries
- Intrigued by construction and helping teams build better together
- Experience in software development processes

About the Canada Intern Program

The 2024 Canada program runs for 16 weeks (Jan 8th to April 26th for Winter Term). As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development.
