**Responsibilities**
- Ensure consistent administrative maintenance of the global DEI learning platform (i.e., completion of assigned material, etc.)
- Leverage existing e-learning to create and implement employee learning paths that highlight expected inclusive behaviors to drive engagement and help foster a culture of belonging at WildBrain.
- Support the development of training tools/resources
- Facilitate ongoing DEI training/sessions on inclusive hiring, onboarding, emerging DEI topics, and other talent practices as needed
- Conduct industry/best practice research to identify opportunities and make recommendations to inform the development of DEI programs and prepare related materials, such as presentations, reports, and memos
- Coordinate and execute the global Inclusion calendar (i.e. events, speaker sessions, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support to DEI committees by project managing events and contribute to building programming/initiatives under the guidance of the Director, DEI
- Collaborate with the Internal Communications team on DEI/Talent communications and coordinating/promoting DEI events and programming
- Back up and support talent areas such as onboarding, learning & development, and performance management

**Qualifications**
- Experience in inclusion, equity, and belonging work, with a focus on talent/HR practices
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- High proficiency in presentation development
- Quality focused, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with an openness to listening and working collaboratively to achieve business results
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and growth
