Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise office staff, including clerical and administrative personnel
- Preparing Invoices and following up on A/R.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6Y 0P6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
