Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Oversee and supervise the office team, providing guidance and support
- Assist in training and development of new staff members
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, including phone systems
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in medical office management is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of the office.
