**Inside Sales Specialist**

We are looking for an **Inside Sales Specialist **who will be responsible for serving customers, providing quotes, and securing additional business by identifying sales opportunities through tenders. You will be obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information and initiating and/or implementing action as needed to ensure an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer calls and identify needs.
- Review technical legal documents and identify all pertinent information to be compiled into a terms and conditions review.
- Reach out to suppliers for pricing, arranging and managing manufacturing of accessories and building pricing with suitable, and adequate margins for Manager’s approval.
- Perform quote follow-ups with customer to gather necessary market information.
- Follow up with customer after order is received to make sure customer is happy.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Build immediate connections with Frontier Construction Products customers and foster and maintain these relationships.
- Facilitate customer visits and in-person meetings as required.
- Review tender documents to ensure understanding of the terms and conditions.
- Check for new tender opportunities on a daily basis.
- Provide professional responses to tenders and complete all necessary forms and ensure that timelines are met.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Education and Experience**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration;
- Minimum 3 years sales experience;
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office: specifically Excel and Word;
- Civil or road construction experience is an asset;
- Procurement experience is an asset.

**Required skills and abilities**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette;
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written communication with all external customers, and internal resources;
- Good listening skills;
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills;
- Effective relationship building skills;
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
- Identifies and resolves problems on a day-to-day basis.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy with data entry;
- Self-motivated and seeks out new assignments when finished with his/her own responsibilities;
- The ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision and within a Team Environment.
