**Job Summary**

Our Inside Sales Representative provides a consultative, needs-based sales approach in the promotion of Carbon Graphics Group and our full suite of business offerings. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for the identification and acquisition of new business growth within our existing customer base and the development of long-term business relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Target new business opportunities and work with the Sales Manager to advance the sales cycle and close the business.
- Identify areas of growth within CGG’s existing customer base.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity Key Performance Indicators.
- Leverage strong prospecting, account management and closing skills to reach quarterly and yearly goals as well as other defined sales objectives.
- Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to management.
- Demonstrate the ability to positively influence and create profitable relationships at all levels of management within accounts.
- Document sales activities and go forward plans to the CRM in a timely manner.
- Project a professional image through appropriate business attire and communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Qualifications**
- A self-motivated team player who is a fast learner, detail oriented, and possesses the ability to work independently.
- Strong writing, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Excellent research skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Possess advanced computer knowledge of (Windows-based systems, use of a CRM tool and proficiency with MS Office).

**Compensation**
- Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience (Base salary + commission)

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
