We are a SaaS Marketing company who’ve already had recognised success in enabling our global clients to automate their advertising and content production. As we change the way brands create and produce advertising, we are seeking a talented Customer Relationship Manager to join our remote team, supporting our enterprise clients to deliver their compliance marketing programs.

**The Role**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the Sesimi product, including updates and feature releases, in order to support and engage our enterprise clients.
- Build and nurture multiple client relationships, to C-Suite level, to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Own Coop marketing compliance programs on behalf of our clients, demonstrate complete and thorough knowledge of their program's rules; communicate program information to the team; oversee Coop funds within our platform, resolve escalated issues and report regularly to Clients.
- Deliver training sessions for clients and their advertising agencies.
- Present insights and opportunities for our clients to drive performance improvement in their programs and our products and other insights as necessary.
- Strong collaboration with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Design and Compliance in order to drive positive delivery outcomes for customers.
- Work remotely, joining the team in Toronto from time to time, with flexibility to connect into our Asia-Pac team to ensure alignment, as required.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Advertising or similar preferred.
- Proven experience in a client facing roles ideally from marketing, advertising and/or tech.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to C-Suite.
- Solution-orientated business partner, a forward thinker who’s always ready to find new ways of doing things and overcome challenges with a positive approach.
- Exceptional written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and analytical by nature, with the ability to synthesize information and deliver reporting in simple form.
- Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and time manage for successful execution in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with SaaS / marketing automation software is a huge plus
- Bilingual (French/English) advantageous.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
