Customer Relationship Management Sales Analyst

The Sales Analyst plays as an important role in analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics and sales results within the TELUS Health Global Customer Relationship Management team responsible for leading the relationships and growth of strategic enterprise accounts. This position leverages our sales and client data to help senior leadership make informed, strategic decisions that help to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.

Sales reporting, forecasting and analysis
- Ongoing, regular reporting (weekly sales results, monthly executive dashboards, forecasting of quarter end/year end sales results) for our portfolio of strategic clients
- Tracking of performance by individual strategic client executive and by the overall CRM team, including breakdowns by region, product, and client segment
- Aid in strategic and tactical business decisions and drive sales growth by generating insights and action through sales analysis of the Global CRM portfolio
- Manage ad-hoc reporting/analysis as required by the Global CRM leadership team

Client data and insights
- Collaborates with Global research and insights team to deliver customized data insights for strategic client meetings
- Supports initiatives related to market insights and industry trends
- Leverages client data to provide recommendations and insights, supporting client discussion

Salesforce reporting and administration
- Support scorecards and dashboards specific to Global CRM within Salesforce
- Works in coordination with Salesforce support team to drive process improvement, document processes and provide training when needed
- Ensure that all our clients account and opportunity data is up to date and accurate
