**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relations with both individual and business clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Translate tech-speak into plain English for clients unfamiliar with tech jargon.
- Drive sales targets for retail and B2B segments.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Perform product demonstrations and showcase unique features effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous 3 years' experience in retail or sales (preferably in technology or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be passionate about technology and gadgets.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Prior B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of computer components, gaming systems, or another related tech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

**Wages**:
Base + Performance Bonus
