**Fundamental Areas of Focus**:

- Liaise & cultivate relationships with 3rd Party customers (B2B)
- Grow sales with 3rd Party companies by acquiring pipeline active ingredients, selling to 3rd Party, or in return discovering new suppliers for ADAMA
- Coordinate 3rd Party activities with Global counterparts to ensure strategic alignment
- Develop account plans for each 3rd Party customer and capture & communicate activities & market intelligence in ADAMA’s CRM platform, Salesforce
- Forecast 3rd Party needs monthly
- Understand portfolio & registration needs in Canada
- Identify potential active ingredient or product swap opportunities
- Facilitate NDAs, Material Transfer Agreements & supply agreements
- Align B2B activities with Portfolio Strategy Managers
- Evaluate & establish pricing of 3rd Party products with Finance & Strategy
- Review & validate business plans to ensure alignment with 3rd party needs
- Participate in M&A projects & contribute to discussions of divestment ideas to countries & Global counterparts
- Participate in Global Portfolio projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from 4-year University program
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, product management or related fields preferably from the agricultural industry.
