**The Digital Strategy & Engagement Advisor**:
Working with colleagues across the Digital Culture, Strategy, and Performance division, the CSDS, and with partners across government, the Digital Strategy & Engagement Advisor will design and deliver creative engagement opportunities for internal and external audiences, and collaborate on digital strategy initiatives that advance government’s digital transformation, build relationships and networks, and navigate the machinery of government.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Facilitate and support digital strategy-related projects across a wider team
- Manage projects, deadlines, and deliverables
- Lead and measure performance on pilot projects related to strategy.
- Engage horizontally across the organization with team members from all levels
- Researching other relevant jurisdictions and industries, and making recommendations for approaches, policies, and strategies.
- Be an advocate and representative of CSDS’s strategy and approaches, presenting to large and diverse audiences of public servants, industry, and the public
- Engagement and change management
- Find appropriate communication and change management approaches to meet our strategic goals.
- Supporting and delivering a plan for significant aspects of internal and external communications with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Writing and storytelling
- Build cohesive storytelling and design communications plans for storylines, and support the editorial process with collaborators through blogging.
- Lead the crafting of internal communications for the organization.
- Writing content and key messages for change management, internal and external engagement activities, on a regular basis, occasionally on short timelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To be successful in this position, you have an undergraduate degree or equivalent with experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

You possess the ability and skills to:

- Write compelling, inclusive and accessible content for a variety of audiences, informed by a content-design approach.
- Host and facilitate groups of diverse people from a variety of audiences, and adapt your facilitation in the moment.
- Design engagement processes that are adaptable and accessible.
- Collaborate widely and contribute to projects in digital policy, governance, organizational development, accessibility.
- Translate complex ideas and technical topics into something everyone can understand.
- Analyze complex problems and find creative solutions to produce desired outcomes.
- Maintain openness to new ideas, new ways of working, and working with those who may be on different parts of their digital journeys.
