Caresmartz is looking to grow our global Sales Development Team - are you the one?

Our global sales development team exists for one VERY important reason; to facilitate opportunities for sales to engage with qualified prospects. Whether it is targeting accounts, following up on inbound leads, or booking meetings for events, Caresmartz’s SDR team plays a vital role in marketing campaign execution and sales pipeline generation.

We are looking for a Rockstar to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

- Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying opportunities, understanding requirements, and ascertaining potential areas for Caresmartz to add value.
- Researching target companies and key decision makers to identify their service business challenges and need for Caresmartz product.
- Telling engaging stories that pique our target buyers’ interests and leave them wanting to learn more about the value our products deliver.
- Scheduling opportunities to engage with prospects and members of the Caresmartz sales team.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and follow-up process.
- Ability and capacity to qualify the account for short
- and medium-term opportunities.
- A results-oriented mindset.
- 2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, business development, or sales development with enterprise software company calling.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Superior outbound calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
- Strong ability to explain just about anything to anyone and have superior listening, phone, and written and communication skills.
- Excellent storytelling skills and get a kick out of getting prospects to that big _aha _moment when they understand how our solution can make their lives easier and deliver quantitative value to their business.
- Patience and persistence are required to make multiple attempts to reach a target buyer.
- A keen ability to think on your feet, learn quickly, and when things change, you roll with it.
- Prior experience selling to C-level

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
