- **Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Perform sales functions as part of the Wholesale Team.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients and partners.
- Become recognized as a strategic business contact for our customers by advising them on products that best meet their needs, educating them on the potential uses of such products, as well as becoming a strategic source of market insights.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and potential risks.
- Oversee marketing and sales initiatives, including website development, social media, and advertising.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare sales contracts (if required), and submit orders for processing/fulfillment in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide best-in-class customer service by sharing pricing and availability information on a timely basis and following up with them to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Have problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer’s concerns.
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups such as product issues, packaging, shipping and delivery and accounts receivable.
- Provide support to the Purchasing functions of the Wholesale Team which includes identifying and building new supplier relationships, negotiating transportation arrangements, prices, discounts, and credit terms, and coordinate the shipment and receipt of goods from suppliers to the organization’s facilities.
- Provide other operational support as required (or as assigned) from time to time.
- **Skills & Requirements**_
- Diploma in business, supply chain management, or related field of study is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development. Experience in food distribution industry is preferred.
- Traveling may be required. Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car is a must.
- Good command of MS Office; experience in inventory management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies, including website development, social media, and advertising.
- Demonstrate initiative & ambition, must be self-motivated.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English. Able to speak either Cantonese or Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
