**The Role**:
As a Hospitality Pro, you are the face of Host Services Group. You will be assisting a team to manage a portfolio of diverse homes. You take pride in ensuring that each and every guest has an amazing experience at one of our properties.
No two days are the same. In this role you will be on the front lines as part of our Reservations Team, messaging guests and responding to inquiries, as well working with housekeeping schedules, doing price analysis, payment processing, guest resolutions, project management and updating digital content. Other times, you may be out visiting properties, meeting guests, and helping solve any guest and property issues that may arise.
Great hospitality is about the attention to details. You have an eye for detail, have a great work ethic and enjoy being in a fast-paced environment. You are a problem solver and able to deal with unexpected situations at a moment’s notice.

You should be a jack of all trades and are in your element when you have to roll up your sleeves up and make things happen. You must have a can-do attitude and love being part of a fun hard-working team.
**Important Skills to Have**:
Fluent English (Proficiency rating of 90-100)
Be caring and outgoing

Willingness to learn hands on tasks
Be personable and have one year minimum experience in customer service, bonus for experience with short-term rentals
Be able to multi-task and have great organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong time management skills
Self motivated and willing to work both from home, road and from an office
A problem solver who can deal with unexpected occurrences

**Duties**:
Manage and co-ordinate the process to facilitate guest stays
Be personable and customer service focused at all times
Maintain host accounts and respond to all guests enquiries in a timely fashion ensure properties are guest-ready at all times
Learn our internal CRM to correspond with guests and prepare them for their stay
Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff
Work closely with operations manager to coordinate maintenance and guest requests
Assist in new property set up
Process payments and secure valid identification from guests
**About Host Services Group**:
Since 2015, Host Services Group (HSG) has been helping home owners and valued guests. We fully manage entire homes on behalf of owners - they simply give us the keys and we deliver them a return and take care of everything else, including listing on multiple booking sites. We manage homes in Toronto and surrounding area and have recently expanded to Montreal.
**Compensation/Position**:
We offer competitive salary, paid vacation, revenue sharing potential, bi-annual bonus, work cell phone and health/dental benefits after probation period.
This role is a full-time position, working weekends as well. 8-10 hours a day(on and off) between 8am and 11pm, 5 out of 7 days a week
