**Position Overview**:

- Under the supervision of the Product Manager, Core Coronary and Marketing Manager, Coronary the Marketing Intern supports the brand on many tactical aspects of the business.
- The Marketing Intern’s focus is to deliver on short term on-going programs by ensuring that all key steps of the projects are completed.
- The Marketing Intern will participate in new product introductions by supporting the Marketing team on planning and implementation of key programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support digital marketing and marketing automation strategy roll-out.
- Support in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy and product launches.
- Support in the development of promotional materials and supports the approval process of marketing material in VEEVA.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of internal and external meetings, conferences, congresses, educational programs, and other events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts with all parties involved.
- Support marketing analytics and business unit meeting planning, along with activity reports and metrics for measuring programs, campaigns, and event success.
- Supports preparation and execution of marketing governance meetings.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Good understanding of the healthcare environment, pharmaceutical marketplace and the sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent organization, planning and project management ability.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, business and results-focused.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Creative, resilient, and agile individual with a can-do attitude that can respond to changing environments and use their initiative to make things happen.
