Student Recruitment Marketing and Sales Officer

MLC College is a prestigious and registered private career college under PCC Act 2005 with Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development.

We are hiring **student recruitment marketing and sales officer** for our college for our Mississauga campus.

Your responsibilities typically include:
1. **Marketing strategy development**: You will collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that effectively promote educational programs and opportunities to prospective students. This may involve identifying target markets, conducting market research, and analyzing competitors.

**2. Lead generation and conversion**: You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels such as digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships. You will also implement strategies to convert leads into enrolled students by engaging with them through personalized communication, providing relevant information, and addressing their inquiries.

**3. Relationship building**: You will establish and maintain relationships with high schools, educational consultants and agents

**5. Event planning and management**: You may be responsible for organizing and managing recruitment events such as information sessions, open houses, webinars, and campus tours. These events provide opportunities to showcase the institution and its programs to prospective students and their families.

**6. Data analysis and reporting**: You will track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and campaigns. This includes monitoring lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment trends. Regular reporting on key performance indicators will help identify areas for improvement and inform future marketing initiatives.

**7. Collaboration with academic departments and admissions**: You will work closely with academic departments and admissions teams to align marketing strategies with enrollment goals and ensure accurate representation of programs and admission requirements. Collaboration and coordination are crucial to optimize recruitment efforts.

**8. Stay updated on industry trends**: It is important to stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in student recruitment and enrollment strategies. This includes understanding the evolving needs and preferences of prospective students, as well as advancements in digital marketing tools and techniques.

**Salary**: $18.33-$35.73 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5R 1B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
