- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and vendors.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) principles to maintain positive tenant relations.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques to effectively market available properties and negotiate lease agreements.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking property maintenance activities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
