The Mississauga Branch of Royal LePage Signature Realty is an Extremely busy and High Volume home to over 600 agents and over 25 Staff members. We are fully paperless and able to help all our agents, from any of our 3 branches, by having documents and resources shared Globally across the company.

**We are currently looking to add an enthusiastic person to our full time front desk staff.**

We have many company events the staff are included, and Management and agents will periodically provide "Staff Lunch" to show our appreciation for their hard work. Managers are also always available to address questions or problems accurately and fairly.

**Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting Clients
- Answering Phones and Taking Messages in Brokerbay
- Booking/Confirming Appointments using Brokerbay
- Uploading Listings to Toronto MLS and ITSO Boards
- Preparing Offers, Waivers, and Other Legal Documents using Webforms/Skyslope Forms
- Receiving Deposit Cheques/Creating Receipts
- Assisting Agents with various tasks
- Keeping the office spaces/kitchens clean and stocked

**Requirements**:

- Brokerloading experience (TRREB required & ITSO preferred but not required)
- Offer and Real Estate Document preparation experience
- Must be able to multi-task and stay organized
- Must Have Exceptional typing skills. (min 50 wpm)
- Must be able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines

**Availability Required**: Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
- ** Salary is based on experience.**_
