**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Digital Strategy Development**:

- Lead and manage the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall real estate marketing goals.
- Educate and inspire agents to align with our new branding and ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives.

**Lead Generation**:

- Optimize conversion funnels and analyze campaign effectiveness to maximize lead quality and quantity.

**Agent Recruitment Campaigns**:

- Lead agent recruitment campaigns, highlighting Aston Gate Real Estate benefits.
- Create visually engaging content from daily activities and events.

**Social Media Management**:

- Grow high-quality followers and build engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and LinkedIn.
- Create and implement impactful social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement with Realtors, Buyers, and Sellers.

**Content Marketing**:

- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the new branding.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Two (2) years of experience in real estate is a must.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Part-time and evening/weekend schedule permitted.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
