As a key member of our HR and Organizational Development team, you will play a vital role in optimizing processes and fostering a high-performance environment that aligns with our business goals.

**_ The role_**

**Change Management**
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead change management efforts by providing guidance, tools, and support to managers and teams during times of organizational transition.
- Develop communication strategies to ensure a smooth implementation of new processes, policies, or structural changes.

**Talent Management**
- Ensure the proper roll-out of our annual Talent Management calendar.
- In partnership with local HR/OD leads, oversee our annual global succession planning and talent identification process end-to-end.
- Lead and ensure successful completion of Gildan’s global performance management process (GPAT).
- Conduct continuous process and tool assessment and recommend improvements where possible/needed.
- Design and deploy a career pathing strategy, process, and tool.
- Actively contribute to the creation of a Talent Management quarterly newsletter.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Collect and analyze relevant data to measure the impact of organizational development initiatives.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate the effectiveness of programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**_ What you bring to the role_**

**Knowledge & Professional** **Experience**
- Bachelor’s in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in organizational development, talent management, talent development, and leadership development.

**Attributes**
- Strong understanding of leadership development, succession planning and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
- Exceptional entrepreneurial spirit, high sense of accountability and proactiveness
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, including in virtual and hybrid environments.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English. Spanish & French is a great asset
