**Job Description**:
Providing an excellent service for internal colleagues and MSC GVA colleagues in every written and verbal communication. The Terminal Operations Representative is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of terminal operations objectives across our Canadian ports, maintaining great relationship with terminal contacts, and providing highly accurate reporting and scheduling to various stakeholders both inside and outside the Agency.

Key Accountabilities
- Act as liaison between the MSC Agency and terminals
- Verify and Approve port, terminal, and vessel related invoices
- Maintain cargo commercial permanent routings for the trade team
- Create and maintain the vessel maximization reporting
- Create and maintain the vessel sailing report, ERD & Cut-offs on terminal
- Generate daily terminal stat reports
- Additional tasks may be added or removed based on departmental needs._

**Qualifications**:
All MSC Canada employees are expected to exhibit the **MSC Values**, striving to drive customer centric results in all interactions with colleagues and customers alike.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English with bilingualism (French and English) preferred.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation.
