**Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training and Communications Coordinator with strong interpersonal and communication skills. We’re looking for someone who can work closely with the Training and Communications Lead to build an understanding of our products and create impactful learning content to be delivered in a train-the-trainer model as well as in our LMS. As a Training and Communications Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering learning programs including writing help and training documentation, creating short help videos, and running live training and webinars. Reporting directly to the Training and Communications Lead, you’ll play a major role in the future growth of our organization by ensuring clients understand how to use our solutions making the most of what it has to offer as you help improve their digital adoption.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator and problem solver that’s very comfortable interacting with clients. You’ll need to be comfortable presenting training content in person and via online client webinars. You’ll need to be tech-savvy as you become an SME in our solutions and have knowledge or experience in creating and editing instructional videos. A detailed overview of the responsibilities and required experience is below:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with the Training and Development Lead to create and deliver high-quality software training sessions to clients
- Develop accessible training content in written and video format to help clients understand product features and benefits
- Work towards improving the overall quality and delivery of all learning content
- Be proactive in identifying customer pain points within our solutions and strategies for overcoming them
- Interact positively and empathetically with all clients, as required, to ensure they are satisfied with the overall learning experience
- Maintain and be held accountable for an organized list of prioritized tasks and timelines - proactively notifying stakeholders of any changes to deliverables

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with an online audience
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience creating and delivering learning content (documents, slides, and videos)
- Proactive and able to work independently on projects if required
- Creative with excellent problem-solving skills
- Post-Secondary degree, or equivalent experience
- Real estate industry experience is an asset
- Experience with LMSs and CRMs is an asset
- Second language is an asset
