**SUMMARY**

Prepare, facilitate, and Coordinate training programs to grow, enhance, maintain, and improve employees’ and external customers competencies and skill levels in order to meet or exceed industry and OEM requirements. Assist with the quality and responsiveness of in-depth technical support provided to Nors Canada Inc, Strongco’ s employees and customers alike.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate with Hiring managers to monitor onboarding progress that introduce new employees to company culture,
- Generate training materials & events to fulfill training and development Plan using internal resources like Nors Academy as well as external resources.
- Prep for events, arrange employee’s attendance confirmation with manager, communicate required prerequisites and push the employee’s Managers to complete before attendance.
- Prepare training material for handout, Print Certificate of completion for each tech, arrange lunches and beverages for class. Arrange for a machine/s to be available for training week. Finalize training event in OEM systems.
- Remove people who have left Strongco from OEM Learning Management System (LMS).
- Review OEM User invoice and categorize into Branches for proper cost GL (General Ledger) allocation, send spreadsheet to accounting.
- Arrange, communicate, confirm, and enroll people in ILT and OILT (Online Instructor Led Training) events to convert TBA’s (To be Announced) to Dates throughout the year.
- Consult RVP’s (Regional Vice Presidents) and arrange to enroll people in management AED (Associated Equipment Dealers) courses.
- Run Monthly Training Completion Reports for all OEM systems.
- Run Yearly report preparation in accordance to Government requirements.
- Run Training Surveys.
- Support the planning of the yearly training budget.
- Maintain Training Records & employee evaluations in a central repository: add new employees and change terminated employees from active to inactive. Add newly completed training events, track training accreditation’s expiry dates, coordinate for renewals and re-training.
- Weekly data collection for Nors reporting.

**EDUCATION/ TRAINING**:

- Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience in sales;
- 2+ years’ experience of working on a Trainer٫ Training Facilitator or other relevant position.
- Significant experience in coordinating multiple corporate training events
