We are searching for a** Business Intelligence Analyst** to join our BI & A team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

**About the Opportunity**
- Transforms raw data into meaningful information for the organization
- Determines the best way to integrate various data sources and information to maximize analytical output
- Develops and enhances reports and dashboards for use by decision makers
- Translates business challenges into effective business solutions through the use of analytics
- Mines data to support the business in determining root causes for resident and site outcomes
- Utilizes analytics to develop predictive insights for the business development and growth
**About You**
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years experience in an analytical role
- Experience with visualization and data processing tools including Power BI
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Collaborative team approach with problem-solving and decision making skills
- Strong continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
