Guest Service Manager

The dual branded Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn and suites by Marriott is the cities only unique two hotel brands inside one property hotel, we are looking for an organized and task oriented leader to help the front desk team.
The Guest Service Manager at Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn and Suites is the face of our 258 room property. You must have exceptional time management and communication skills.
Our Guest Service Manager will work hand in hand with the Front Office Manager to ensure everyone they deal with: guests, visitors, vendors and co - workers are all welcomed to the Marriott Family and works to help the staff and the customers connect and work well together.

The shifts will be:
2 Weekdays Off
10AM - 8PM Shifts
**Some of your Staff Job Duties are**:
Welcomes guests
Answers phone calls and transfer to appropriate department(s).
Assists guests in making reservations.
Processes guest check - in and check - out
Assigns rooms and suites to guests.
Reviews customer billing statements; processes payments
Resolves customer issues and complaints
**Roll specific Job Duties are**:
4 day arrivals
Bonvoy Member upgrade assistance
Bonvoy Member request assurance
Group booking reservations
Group assignments
Departure lists
Arrival/ Departure front desk support
Late checkout approval, communication with housekeeping
Arrival room assignments
Guest quality assurance calls
Room damages follow up with guests, along with logging information with housekeeping
Market support/ vendor relations
Third party guest communication
