We’re looking for an individual who is already in the mortgage industry who would like the steadiness of regular hours and pay. **Mortgage Administration Skills**:

- Experience using Filogix
- High attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Familiarity of different types of mortgages
- Knowledge of lender requirements and system portals
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing files and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with business partners on a regular basis (such as lawyers, realtors, lenders, appraisers, etc.)
- Confidence with document fulfillment, ordering appraisals and updating client profiles

**Administrative and Marketing Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Performing daily organizational tasks using Google Workspace and more (data entry, inventory, and more)
- Handwriting personalized birthday and seasonal cards for clients
- Organizing weekly JC Home deliveries (our door-delivered client gifts)
- Preparing weekly mailers and making post office runs
- Assisting staff members with out-of-office errands (*must own a vehicle with a valid driver's license)
- Assisting the planning of JC Events, JC Door Drops, JC Home (client gifts) and more

**Important Information About this Position**:

- Minimum 30 hours/week with flexibility to work up to 40 hours/week (no weekends, no evenings)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (fuel compensation provided)
- Working outside of regular hours for JC Events is occasionally required
- Volunteering within the community with JC Staff is required throughout the year
- Must have nice penmanship to complete written client cards
