Riverview Home Corporation (RHC) is a non-profit corporation providing care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, as well as long term mental illness. RCH employees over 200 professional and support staff on a casual, part time and full-time basis.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, results orientated person to fulfill the role of Corporate Services Clerk.(Term approx. 6 months, with possible extension)

Reporting to the Business Manager and part of the Finance Team, RHC is in a time of change and the role requires someone who has the ability to work with others to drive change, excels in a fast-paced environment and can build strong professional relationships within the organization as well as outside contacts. The Corporate Services Clerk is a multi-faceted position that will provide an opportunity to assist with a variety of competencies, including, but not limited to Payroll, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables.

The Corporate Services Clerk will assist the Business office carrying out a full range of duties in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion

**Qualifications required**:
a. Successful completion of a Business Degree or Diploma is considered an asset

b. Working Experience or previous training with Sage or other accounting programs

c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

d. Excellent computer skills -Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, etc.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
a. Accounts payable duties including data entry and document management

b. Accounts receivable duties including posting payments to accounts and preparing bank deposits

c. Bank reconciliations and transactions

d. Various daily and weekly administrative duties as assigned

e. Distributing inter-office mail

f. Create and maintain spreadsheets

a. Good judgement in planning and organizing work assignments

b. Maintain confidentiality, honesty, and consistency

c. Ability to learn computer software and programs with ease

d. Ability to set, and adhere to a schedule to meet both induvial and team deadlines
