**What will you be doing?**
- Establish and maintain quality assurance strategies, framework and tools for product development.
- Create guidelines for quality standards and regression compliance.
- Design and implement testing protocols to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Plan, execute and monitor quality testing verifying user stories and acceptance criteria identifying gaps and risk areas in testing.
- Create manual test script where needed and automated regression scripts.
- Work closely with the development group, customer support, or the customer directly to address quality-related concerns.
- Use customer input to improve processes, address quality concerns and coordinate with the development group.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality results to identify areas for development improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, test results, and Product documentation. Generate reports on quality metrics and key performance indicators.
- Investigate and determine the root causes of quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems.

**What experience do you need?**
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or other related fields.
- 5 years plus experience in Quality Assurance or related roles.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Selenium, node.js, APIs, JIRA, Jenkins.
- ERP experience will be preferred.
- Demonstrates interpersonal, technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to details
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and complete testing activities within the timeframe.
