We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our busy law firm as an Executive Assistant and Technology Administrator.

As an Executive Assistant and Technology Administrator your role is to support the Administration Manager with day-to-day tasks as well as manage and maintain the firms IT and technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Triaging IT issues with our third-party IT company
- Dealing with office equipment issues
- Procurement of new technology
- Onboarding new staff
- Basic bookkeeping
- Special project support
- Supporting the Administration Manager in the day-to-day management of the firm
- Maintaining confidentiality in all forms
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Basic IT experience and skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet targets and deadlines
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Able to work independently
- Must have proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment

This is an in-person role in our Kitchener office.
