**Responsibilities**
- Ability to demonstrate the features and value of the Introhive product and to articulate how the underlying technology operates.
- Understand the markets in which Introhive operates (legal, accounting, consulting, professional services, and commercial real estate) and be able to articulate the business value delivered by the Introhive product suite to each of these unique audiences.
- Source, comprehend, and articulate the technical, security, and privacy details of prospective customers to respond to detailed Information Security questionnaires.
- Collaborate with sales team personnel to win new business or expand upon existing business and interface with Product Development and Customer Success teams in support of new business acquisition and customer retention.
- Must be able to travel to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years experience in a related, client-facing role such as customer success, support, training, CRM management, product marketing, pre-sales engineering, marketing technology, or consulting
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with CRM, practice management, marketing automation or related technology
- Strong understanding of encryption, security, privacy, and software development concepts
- Familiarity with information security management, standards, and organizational controls
- Proven ability to craft a solution and develop proposals and RFP responses with appropriate products and services based on client discussions
- Willing and able to travel. 30%+
