**Corporate, Full-time, Temporary (Summer Student)**

**About the role**:
As part of the Human Resources team, our Student Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team with various recruiting activities from sitting in on intake meetings with hiring managers to understand the role and requirements to closing a job requisition.

**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of professional job descriptions and internal/external job postings, and post on various job boards
- Maintain accurate recording in our applicant tracking system (Success Factors)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in recruiting projects as required

**The Skills and Experience You Have**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in business with a specialization in Human Resources
- Excellent presentation and communication (written and oral) skills
- Experience with social media and other methods of networking
- Highly developed sense of tact, discretion, and judgement in dealing with confidential, sensitive and/or delicate matters
- This is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, SK
- You will be able to obtain a Controlled Goods and Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
