**About the Job**
**The impact you’ll have**
- Strategic Impacts_
- In partnership with the Director of People and Culture, develop and implement the organizational-wide talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead, develop and coach the talent acquisition team in their career development.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders, as a means of delivering on hiring needs and key projects.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for key roles and hiring initiatives.
- Partner with the Director of People and Culture to build and maintain a consistent, standardized and efficient talent acquisition reporting and deliver on key metrics and OKRs to drive People Operations’ world-class benchmarks and KPIs.
- Actively source talent through creative inbound and outbound recruitment tactics. Build and bring new ideas and approaches to the attraction and hiring of talent.
- Manage Vendasta’s Employee Value Proposition and brand in partnership with our corporate marketing and communications team, through a strong talent market pulse.
- Operational Impacts_
- Understand and lead the full-cycle recruitment process in alignment with Vendasta’s Hiring Framework and Philosophy to meet the talent needs within the business.
- Participate within community events, career fairs and networking opportunities as a means of driving our employer brand and tailored recruitment strategies.
- Obtain a strong knowledge and understanding of Vendasta’s immigration programs, to ensure best in class talent is hired, in partnership with third parties.
**The value you’ll bring**
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- 3+ years leading, developing and coaching a team of professionals.
- Proven ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions in a global talent market.
- A strong sense of initiative and urgency, and proven experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven time-management skills and an ability to manage multiple competing deadlines/projects effectively.
- Ability to advocate for and challenge ideas when required with tact and respect.
- Prior experience using applicant tracking systems for full-cycle recruitment processes.
- A Degree in human resources, business or equivalent experience is always considered.
- CPHR designation is strongly preferred.
